Create a brand kit version

/accounts/:accountResourceId/brands/:resourceId/versions

Adds a version to a brand kit from data and makes it the one in effect, numbered one above the highest version the brand kit has. data replaces the previous version wholesale rather than merging into it, so read the current version first and post the whole document back — a field omitted here is absent from the new version, not inherited. Earlier versions are kept and stay readable. An archived brand kit accepts no new versions. Responds 400 when the body fails validation, 401 when the API key is missing, invalid, or revoked, 429 when the key exceeds its rate-limit allowance, and 404 when the account does not exist, the brand kit does not exist or is archived, or the caller cannot manage the brand kits on this account.
